Based in San Francisco, I move at the intersection of real estate, creativity, investments, and community-building.
Raised between sunny Los Angeles County and dynamic Taipei, my perspective has been shaped by both global curiosity and an appreciation for culture, design, and human connection.
I graduated from University of California, Berkeley, where I studied Integrative Biology and worked in healthcare before building a career in real estate finance and investing.
I serve as Managing Director at Conventus Lending, one of the nation’s leading private real estate lenders, where i’ve closed over 2 billion in transactions and lead a team of top players in the industry, collectively closing over 1.4 billion annually.
In 2017, I founded Venus Rising International, a global community and lifestyle brand devoted to personal growth, culture, entrepreneurship, fine jewelry, and meaningful human connection.
In 2018, I established SF Bay Real Estate Club, an investment community that has since convened thousands of investors, operators, and entrepreneurs through hundreds of educational and relationship-driven experiences.
In 2020, I launched Venus Ventures, a platform encompassing investments, development, and creative ventures across real estate, hospitality, technology, and media.
In film and media, I served as a producer on the Academy Award-winning film, The Singers, reflecting my interest in storytelling that uplifts, inspires, and expands cultural representation.
Beyond business, I serve on the boards of nonprofit organizations dedicated to philanthropy, education, and community impact, reflecting a broader commitment to creating meaningful and enduring contributions beyond the commercial sphere.
I’m deeply inspired by travel, the arts, nature, teahouses, wellness retreats, contemplative practices, and the pursuit of experiences that deepen our understanding of ourselves and the world around us. I believe in building a life & businesses rooted not only in success, but in beauty, meaning, and lasting impact.
